In this brief phone call, Renee Nygren told a handful of lies including that VNL does not protect sexual predators and that the charges against Cole Mooridian were dropped. As of this morning, I have found no less than five instances where Valley News Live reporters used their platform to support sexual predators and expose or exploit survivors of those crimes. As for the charges against Mooridian – those were dismissed without prejudice at his pretrial hearing in early January 2022. Any good reporter should know the difference.

Nygren states that she does not owe me an explanation. As the lone woman who brought these issues to her attention, I seriously beg to differ.
